Furthermore, drug release studies from LZH and chitosan substrates were measured at pH = 4.8 and 7.4 and acetate-buffered and phosphate-buffered saline solutions, respectively.

Additionally, we found that (DA)Q(ac), incorporated into the TFO, could accurately recognize the C-Me-G base pair in the hairpin DNA, similar to the C-G base pair.
